After a 20+ year career in Marketing and later in Human Resources, Laura is a retired two time public company Chief People Officer Executive from Silicon Valley now residing with her family in Costa Rica.  As an Executive Coach since 2008, she has taken her learnings and has helped many clients steer away from possible burnout of the hustle culture, to shift to high productivity and maximum heart centered fulfillment in all areas of life through executive energy mastery.

Life changed dramatically when an injury and burnout forced her to re-examine life in March of 2023.  She turned to learning new modalities and became certified in breathwork, sound healing as well as Reiki I and II in order to help her heal when the traditional medicine path no longer served her.

With a new awakening, Arosa Consulting Group was born where now Laura coaches and consults with female leaders globally to help them RISE      (R: Reawaken, I: Inner, S: Strength, E: Everyday) into their highest energy management.
